Q3.Does The Joy Factory accept international orders?
A3.Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and will try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates. Currently, the international orders cannot be added to the shopping cart. A4.We take utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

A7.We accept all Major credit cards and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and NEFT transfers. TJF gift cards will soon be available. COD currently not available. We will not be accepting COD on personalised orders.

Q15.What details can I get personalised under the "essentials" category?
A15.Currenly for most items we have a provision to only add your names to the items under the "essentials" category. For the travel tags we have a provision to add name, address and contact details.

A16.You can choose from the various design templates we have to offer. Post filling in your details, the product will be designed and put into production. The design team will choose the best possible route towards delivering a joyful experience. For discussing a special design brief, please contact us.
